RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Bella’s Essence wants you to be pleased with the products and service you receive. We also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is uniquely handcrafted and has never been used or handled by another customer. To that end, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We do offer refunds if your product arrives damaged or it is the incorrect item.
Buyer is responsible for any and all return shipping fees and the item must be returned before a refund is processed.
Damaged Items:
If your product arrives damaged or is the incorrect item, please notify us by email at: bellasessence@yahoo.com within 24 hours (1 day) of receipt of the damaged/incorrect item.
Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided as a credit to the Credit Card or Paypal account used at the time of purchase.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
